Our Values
Driven by a Passion for Education
Our founder, Kasey Wyatt, began her career in K12 construction and has never looked back. We are dedicated to delivering safe, nurturing spaces that promote learning, elevate our communities, and provide our students the resources they need to flourish and thrive.
Full Circle Experience
Having spent decades in the K12 space working as a general contractor, owner's representative, and in-house for a public school district, we understand the bond planning and construction process inside and out. We apply this perspective to every detail of the project—never passing up an opportunity to provide value to our clients.
Genuine, Trusted Relationships
We seek out clients who share our values and put in the work to develop a true partnership. With personal connections to school board members, superintendents, builders, and designers throughout the region, we're capable leaders who know how to cultivate collaboration, drive innovation, and bring teams together under a common goal.
Honesty, Transparency, & Integrity
We fully appreciate that our projects represent a promise made to the public. We never take this for granted, operating with honesty and integrity as core principles of our firm. With KWA, what you see is what you get. That means clear communication, knowledge backed by hands-on experience, and a commitment to trust, without compromise.

About Us
KWA Consulting Group was founded in 2018 with the mission to provide a higher level of service to school districts in need of planning, programming, and project management. Prior to founding KWA, our principal Kasey Wyatt led the K12 project management practice group for a large Seattle-based project construction management firm. She has also held leadership positions at Highline Public Schools and two major general contracting firms. Kasey has nearly 30 years of experience providing project and construction management services, primarily focused on K12 projects.
Our work is solely dedicated to K12 facilities, making up 95% of our portfolio. The remaining 5% is reserved for non-profit organizations. We have built solid long-term relationships with AEC and District partners throughout the Pacific Northwest and are experts in alternative delivery methods, including GC/CM, EC/CM, MC/CM, and Progressive Design-Build.
